My challenge working with my manager: Why is it so difficult to focus on what really matters?

My manager...
- was very interested when I talked to him about the concept
- was too busy to read the guide
- encouraged me to try PA first by myself and then demonstrate him how I get along with it
- became and still is my weekly "celebrate & choose" partner (I use trello)
- as I used Trelllo in the "celebrate & choose" meeting, he was fascinated about the possibilities of trello. A physical board was not an option for him.
- fully motivated and enthusiastic he started after a holiday with his own personal agility trello board
- gave me the right to watch his trello board
- didn’t move his cards...I noticed that they got older and older

I asked him if he was not interested in PA any more.
He replied „No no, it's not that. I still like the idea, but my agenda does not allow me to apply it properly…"

As a convinced PA user I'd like to let him experience the same power of what really matters, but I don't know how to continue with him...
