I have started a new book: "The Illustrated Guide to Scrum: Scrum explained through infographics"

This book strives to answer two questions with clear and easy to understand infographics: How does Scrum work? And how do you do Scrum effectively? Part one lays out the essence of Scrum in over 20 clear and attractive infographics. It strives to be true to the 2020 Scrum guide, while adding a pinch of salt and pepper to keep things interesting! Use it to explain Scrum, clear up misunderstandings, and have great conversations about Scrum in your organization.

Part two addresses applying Scrum in real life, with tips on when it's okay to change Scrum, team organization, backlog refinement and more. Use the images to reflect on how to improve performance and maybe, just maybe, produce estimates you can believe in.

The book is available on Lean Pub. You can choose your discount (up to 58% off) or, for a limited time, even select a free "community edition."

Depending of the feedback I get, it is either 45% or 90% done, so I'd love to hear from you about the book!

Buy or download it here. You can set the price. Whichever you choose, I look forward to hearing your thoughts on the book!

Thanks!
