I am Fadly Rasyad, an Enterprise Agile Coach in Singapore.

My first exposure to Agile was sometime back since 2001 using XP (eXtreme Programming) as a Java/J2EE Developer. I learned and practiced software craftsmanship following XP principles, climbed up the career ladder as XP Coach, Scrum Master, Product Owner, and spent the last 3 years as an Enterprise Agile Coach. 

I love and very passionate about Agility, which I strongly believes as the "art of pursuing what really matters" - be it your personal life, or the product and services you are delivering! Only build and deliver what really matters to your Customers! 

At the end of the day, always remember the 80/20 Pareto Rule - only 20% of your actions are needed to deliver the most impactful outcomes to your Customers (the 80%)!
