Hey everyone,
I just came across this and I thought: well, that's Personal Agility ... so I am sharing it with you.
'Start by doing what is necessary, then do what is possible, and suddenly you are doing the impossible' - Francis of Assisi
I must admit it took me a moment to understand what that means. Then I imagined someone push starting their car (which I actually had to do not so long ago, by the way... I drained the battery by leaving lights on...). As I discovered firsthand, it is easier to keep in motion something that is already moving than to set in motion something that is stationary. So, instead of feeling hopeless because we are not doing the impossible, let's allow ourself to start with the easier part, things that really need to be done. As we build up momentum it will be easier to move on to what's important, until we have gained enough speed to take back control of our life.
At least, that is my interpretation...
