As 2018 launches, what is your latest success for starting off the New Year right?
For me, I have made Personal Agility one of my largest focuses! My highest priority item that matters most is getting 99% of my attention right now and that is my health. For the first time in a long time, I am actually putting this first which has involved taking time off the road from travel, not overbooking myself with onsite training, hiring a professional health coach for accountability, and I have adjusted my food and health supplement intake to a very specific regiment--oh, and I'm looking to get a home! (For those that may not know, I've been traveling on one-way tickets for the last 4 years with no real residence... just city to city, country to country. Needless to say - that's not sustainable and it impacts your health!)
What is your latest success as we kick off the New Year? And how does that align with what really matters to you?
